Job description
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferable Master’s Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College
Minimum 5 years of total banking experience with at least 3 years of working experience in capacity of Branch Manager or Relationship Manager in the Branch or as Recovery Officer in Central Recovery Department in Head Office
In depth knowledge in recovery procedure, prevailing regulation and industry best practice in recovery
Expertise in dealing default loan customers and achieve given recovery target.
Excellent Leadership and Communication skills with can do attitude
Age: Not exceeding 40 years for Officer Level as on the last day of application
Must have 2 Wheeler Driving License
