Personal / Individual Dollar Account

Citizenship Certificate / Passport / National Identity Card / Driving License / Voter’s ID Card or other valid identification documents issued by the Government.
Recent passport-size photograph.
PAN, where applicable or required.
Address verification documents such as utility bill or other acceptable documents.
Documents evidencing the source of foreign currency/income.
Documents evidencing the eligibility to open and operate a foreign currency account, as applicable.
Employment/appointment letter, salary certificate or other supporting documents, where applicable.
Remittance-related documents, where applicable.
Valid visa/work permit/residence permit, where applicable.
FATCA/CRS declaration and other applicable regulatory forms.
Nominee details and identification documents, where applicable.
Any other documents if felt necessary and required by the Bank.

NRN Certificate issued by the Government of Nepal, where applicable.
Valid Passport.
Recent passport-size photograph.
Documents evidencing source of income/funds.
Employment/appointment letter or other documents issued by the Employer Organization, where applicable.
Proof of foreign residence, such as valid visa/residence permit, where applicable.
Documents evidencing foreign income/remittance, where applicable.
In case of change of address from the initially registered address, copy of the relevant document.
FATCA/CRS declaration and other applicable regulatory forms.
Any other documents if felt necessary and required by the Bank.

Certificate of Incorporation/Registration Certificate and applicable renewal certificates.
PAN/VAT/Income Tax Certificate and applicable renewal certificates.
Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Board Resolution regarding opening and operation of the Dollar Account and delegation of authority.
Recent passport-size photographs and citizenship/passport copies of Directors, Managing Director/CEO and authorized account operators.
Personal details and identification documents of beneficial owners/shareholders holding the applicable ownership percentage.
Documents evidencing the source and purpose of foreign currency transactions.
Audited financial report and tax clearance certificate of the last fiscal year, where applicable.
Documents evidencing approval/permission from the concerned authority for maintaining/operating foreign currency accounts, where applicable.
FATCA/CRS declaration and other applicable regulatory forms.
In case of change of address from the initially registered address, copy of the relevant document.
Any other documents if felt necessary and required by the Bank.

Foreign company registration certificate and applicable renewal certificate.
Approval/permission from the concerned authority for operation in Nepal.
Documents specifying the type of registered office in Nepal, such as Branch Office, Contact Office, Project Office, etc.
Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
Resolution of the foreign company regarding opening and operation of the Dollar Account and delegation of authority.
Copy of passport and recent photograph of Directors and CEO.
Copy of passport and recent photograph of Country Representative in Nepal and authorized account operator.
Documents evidencing source and purpose of foreign currency funds.
Audited financial report and tax clearance certificate, where applicable.
FATCA/CRS declaration and other applicable regulatory forms.
Any other documents if felt necessary and required by the Bank.

Registration/approval documents issued by the concerned Government authority.
PAN or applicable tax registration documents.
Agreement with Social Welfare Council/Government of Nepal, where applicable.
Letter from the Diplomatic Mission/Embassy or concerned organization, where applicable.
Resolution/authorization regarding opening and operation of the Dollar Account.
Delegation of authority for account operation.
Passport and recent passport-size photograph of authorized signatories/account operators.
Documents evidencing source and purpose of foreign currency funds.
FATCA/CRS declaration and other applicable regulatory forms.
Any other necessary documents as specified by the Bank/Financial Institution.

Duly completed and signed Dollar Account Opening Form.
Valid KYC documents of the customer and authorized account operator(s).
Specimen signatures of authorized signatories/account operators.
Documents establishing source of funds and purpose of foreign currency transactions.
Beneficial ownership details and identification documents, where applicable.
FATCA/CRS declaration, where applicable.
Nominee details, where applicable.
Any required approval, recommendation or supporting document from the concerned authority, depending on the type and purpose of the Dollar Account.
Any other documents/information as may be deemed necessary and required by the Bank in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, NRB directives and internal policies.
