NRN Certificate issued by the Government of Nepal, where applicable.
Valid Passport.
Recent passport-size photograph.
Valid visa / residence permit / work permit / identity card issued by the concerned foreign country, where applicable.
Documents evidencing source of income/source of funds.
Employment/Appointment Letter or other documents issued by the Employer Organization, where applicable.
Salary certificate/pay slip or other evidence of income, where applicable.
Documents evidencing foreign residence/address, such as utility bill, bank statement or other acceptable documents.
PAN, where applicable or required.
Duly completed and signed NRN Savings Account Opening Form.
Nominee details and identification documents, where applicable.
FATCA/CRS declaration and other applicable regulatory forms.
In case of change of address from the initially registered address, copy of the relevant address verification document.
Any other documents if felt necessary and required by the Bank.

FATCA/CRS declaration and other applicable regulatory forms.

Birth Certificate of the minor.
NRN Certificate of the minor/parent, where applicable.
Valid Passport of the minor, if available.
Recent passport-size photograph of the minor.
Citizenship Certificate/Passport and recent passport-size photograph of the parent/legal guardian.
Valid foreign residence/visa/work permit documents of the parent/legal guardian, where applicable.
Relationship verification document between the minor and parent/legal guardian.
Legal guardianship documents, where applicable.
Documents evidencing source of funds.
Duly completed and signed account opening form by the parent/legal guardian.
Nominee details, where applicable.
FATCA/CRS declaration and other applicable regulatory forms.
Any other documents if felt necessary and required by the Bank.

Valid KYC documents of the account holder and authorized person, where applicable.
Specimen signature of the account holder/authorized person.
Documents establishing source of funds/source of income.
Beneficial ownership details, where applicable.
Nominee details and identification documents, where applicable.
Documents establishing NRN status and foreign residence, where applicable.
FATCA/CRS declaration, where applicable.
Any required approval/recommendation from the concerned authority, depending on the nature of the account.
Any other documents/information as may be deemed necessary and required by the Bank in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, NRB directives and internal policies.
