Pensioner ID Card / Pension Book / Pension Certificate or other documents evidencing pension entitlement.
Retirement Certificate / Retirement Letter / Pension Approval Letter issued by the concerned Government office, organization or pension authority, where applicable.
Documents evidencing the source of pension/income.
Address verification documents such as utility bill or other acceptable documents.
Duly completed and signed Pensioner Savings Account Opening Form.
Nominee details and identification documents, where applicable.
Specimen signature of the pensioner/account holder.
In case the account is operated through an authorized representative, valid Power of Attorney/Authorization Letter and identification documents of the authorized representative.
FATCA/CRS declaration and other applicable regulatory forms, where applicable.
In case of change of address, copy of the relevant address verification document.
Any other documents if felt necessary and required by the Bank.
