Social Security Fund (SSF) Registration Certificate / SSF ID / Membership Number or other document evidencing enrollment in the Social Security Fund.
Employment Certificate / Appointment Letter issued by the employer, where applicable.
Employee ID Card, where applicable.
Documents evidencing employment and social security contribution, where applicable.
Salary Certificate / Pay Slip or other documents evidencing source of income, where applicable.
Address verification documents such as utility bill or other acceptable documents.
Duly completed and signed Social Security Savings Account Opening Form.
Nominee details and identification documents, where applicable.
Specimen signature of the account holder.
FATCA/CRS declaration and other applicable regulatory forms, where applicable.
In case of change of address, copy of the relevant address verification document.
Any other documents if felt necessary and required by the Bank.

Valid proof of Social Security Fund membership/registration.

Beneficial ownership details, where applicable.

Any required recommendation, approval or supporting document from the concerned employer/Social Security Fund authority.
Any other documents/information as may be deemed necessary and required by the Bank in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, NRB directives and internal policies.
