Women Savings Account

• Citizenship Certificate / National Identity Card / Passport / Driving License / Voter’s ID Card or other valid identification documents issued by the Government.

• Recent passport-size photograph.

• PAN, where applicable or required.

• Address verification documents such as utility bill or other acceptable documents.

• Documents evidencing source of income/source of funds, where applicable.

• Duly completed and signed Women Savings Account Opening Form.

• Nominee details and identification documents, where applicable.

• Specimen signature of the account holder.

• FATCA/CRS declaration and other applicable regulatory forms, where applicable.

• In case of change of address, copy of the relevant address verification document.

• Any other documents if felt necessary and required by the Bank.

Women Savings Account for Minor / Girl Child

• Birth Certificate of the minor/girl child.

• Citizenship Certificate / National Identity Card / Passport of the minor, if available.

• Recent passport-size photograph of the minor.

• Citizenship Certificate / Passport / National Identity Card or other valid identification document of the parent/legal guardian.

• Recent passport-size photograph of the parent/legal guardian.

• Relationship verification document between the minor and parent/legal guardian.

• Legal guardianship documents, where applicable.

• PAN of the parent/guardian or minor, where applicable or required.

• Address verification documents of the parent/legal guardian.

• Source of funds documents of the parent/legal guardian, where applicable.

• Duly completed and signed Women Savings Account Opening Form by the parent/legal guardian.

• Specimen signature of the parent/legal guardian.

• Nominee details, where applicable.

• Any other documents if felt necessary and required by the Bank.

Women Entrepreneur / Business Account

• Firm Registration Certificate / Company Registration Certificate, where applicable.

• PAN / VAT / Income Tax Certificate and applicable renewal certificates.

• Partnership Deed, Memorandum and Articles of Association or other constitutional documents, as applicable.

• Documents evidencing ownership/control of the business by the woman applicant, where applicable.

• Recent passport-size photograph and citizenship/passport copy of the proprietor/partners/directors/authorized signatories.

• Board/Partners’ Resolution regarding opening and operation of the account, where applicable.

• Audited financial report and tax clearance certificate of the last fiscal year, where applicable.

• Documents evidencing source of funds/source of income.

• Specimen signatures of authorized signatories.

• Any other documents if felt necessary and required by the Bank.

General Requirements for Women Savings Account

• Duly completed and signed Women Savings Account Opening Form.

• Valid KYC documents of the account holder and authorized person(s), where applicable.

• Recent passport-size photograph.

• Specimen signature of the account holder/authorized person.

• Documents establishing source of funds/source of income, where applicable.

• Beneficial ownership details and identification documents, where applicable.

• Nominee details and identification documents, where applicable.

• FATCA/CRS declaration, where applicable.

• Any required recommendation, approval or supporting document from the concerned authority, where applicable.

• Any other documents/information as may be deemed necessary and required by the Bank in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, NRB directives and internal policies.
